User agreement

The parties are parties of the agreement: on the one hand, the Owner of the application and the User on the other. When using the application, copyright and related personal property and non-property rights are respected and protected. The use of works without the Copyright Holder's consent is allowed only in cases established by law.

The application owner provides access to the Services to an unlimited number of persons under the terms of this Agreement.

The primary purpose of the Services is to provide the owner of the application to the User with entertainment information about metaphysical techniques and practices.

The Parties acknowledge that since the metaphysical knowledge and techniques, are not scientific knowledge recognized in other countries, they cannot be confirmed or refuted using any modern scientific methods, all information and advice provided in the form of the Services based on it are only entertaining and in no way and cannot be the only basis for making serious life or business decisions.

The Parties acknowledge that any recommendations given in the application, in the provided Services, are only entertainment information, and following them will not necessarily bring the User the expected positive result, success, or luck.

The procedure for the entry into force of the Agreement.

This offer is a public offer. This agreement is an offer and contains all the essential conditions of the service agreement.

Based on the civil code lith rep under article 6.181, article 1 of the civil code (cc), the contract is drawn up from the moment of receipt of the acceptance by the offeror.

The acceptor's statement or his other behavior by which the acceptance of the offer manifests itself is considered acceptance.

The place where the contract is concluded is considered to be the location of the offeror. (Civil Code 6.181. Art. 2 part).

Rights and obligations of the parties

User rights

In accordance with this agreement, the User has the right:

  • Use all the Services provided by the owner of the application;
  • If necessary to use technical support, contact the owner of the application on emerging issues through the contact information or the feedback form;
  • Use the provided program only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Obligations of the User

Observing the terms of this Agreement, the User is obliged to:

  • Do not violate the copyright and intellectual property rights of the application owner.
  • Comply with all, without limitation, the terms of this Agreement.

Using the Application, the User is not entitled to:

  • Engage in fraud and other illegal activities;
  • Advertise anything.
  • Use profanity, express threats against the owner of the application or other Users, distribute materials that promote violence, racial hatred, rejection of religious beliefs, containing pornographic information, advertising drugs that call for the violent overthrow of the government.

Application Owner rights

This Agreement grants the Application Owner the following rights:

  • Take legal measures to protect their intellectual, copyright, and Users' property;
  • Modify, change, supplement, improve and correct the Application at its own discretion, without notifying the User in advance;

Imitation of liability of the Application owner

  • The user is aware that metaphysical techniques are not recognized scientific knowledge and cannot be confirmed or refuted using any modern scientific methods. All information provided on the Portal is entertaining, and the Application Owner is not responsible for its confirmation or refutation;
  • The owner of the application does not bear any responsibility for any consequences of the use by the User of any techniques, activations, methods received by him in the application, including as a result of the purchase of the Services;
  • The owner of the Application does not in any way guarantee the User that the actions or inactions carried out by him in accordance with the recommendations received with the Application or transmitted in the form of Services will undoubtedly bring the User any positive result, success, or luck in any form;
  • The User uses the Owner's Application solely at his own peril and risk, of his own free will, without coercion. He understands all the possible risks associated with the use of the Services or Paid Services of the Portal and has no material claims against the Owner of the application.

Other conditions.

The purchase of the Services is the User's own will. After the User receives the services, the copyright and intellectual property rights to the content transmitted in the Service remain with the copyright holder.

Additional provisions

If the User does not have the right to use the Application in accordance with the legislation of his country or other restrictions (admission by age and others), he is obliged to refuse to use the Application and its individual Services without warning. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the Application in his country, based on local laws and taking into account international legislation.
